1. What is certified organic cotton?

2. Is organic cotton suitable for people with sensitive skin?
Yes! Organic practice prevents any use or contact with forbidden synthetic substances during farming & processing. Organic Cotton thus provides the best from Mother Nature, toxin-free, soft and comforting.
3. Care Tips
Machine wash in cold water using gentle or delicate cycles. We recommend gentle plant based detergent or soap powder. Avoid chlorine bleach & fabric softener as they can weaken the fabric strength and reduce absorbency. Tumble dry and remove promptly. For towels, give them a few good shakes to return shape to the pile. Do not machine dry or dry clean. Warm iron if needed.
4. How to make payments for the purchases?
Payments on our online store are made through Paypal.
5. Delivery within Singapore
Within 10 working days (excluding Public holidays, Saturdays and Sundays) after payments are made via Paypal. We are unable to deliver to Pulau Ubin, St John's Island, Jurong Island, PSA Ports and all military and naval bases.
6. Delivery outside Singapore
Our online shop currently caters to customers in Singapore. Please contact us by emailing us at hello@organicandorganic.sg for international shipping. Note that customers are responsible for customs costs at the destination country.
7. Return & Exchange Policy
Due to hygiene reasons, goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. Shipping costs are also non-refundable. However, we would gladly exchange for defects or if a wrong item was delivered as long as we are notified via email within 7 calendar days of receipt (note to include a scanned copy of the receipt when emailing us). We do our best to check every delivery to ensure it has the correct items and for defects. All exchange items must also be un-used and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in their original packaging with labels intact. Once your exchange items are received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection for exchange of items. In the event that we are unable to fulfil a valid exchange, a refund based on the item purchase price (without shipping costs) will be arranged to your PayPal account. Shipping costs (for sending the items from us to you, and from you to us) are non-refundable. Kindly note that for dark colored products, slight color bleed may occur in the first few washes depending on the cleaning agent used. This is not a defect. We recommend to wash with like colors - refer to Care Tips in the FAQ to learn how to extend the durability of your organic products. You will also be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s).
